Soluna Mind and Body

"Attending the New Moon Partner Ceremony at Soluna Mind and Body was a truly sacred experience! One that touched me on every level of heart, mind, and spirit. From the moment I entered the space, I could feel the energy of intention, love, and balance that Shannon and Mariza so beautifully cultivate. This gathering wasn’t just an event, it was a journey. The cacao ceremony opened my heart and grounded me in presence, while the partner mirroring practices invited a level of vulnerability and connection that felt both healing and transformative. The Kundalini meditation was deeply centering, helping me release tension and tune into the flow of divine harmony. As the evening culminated in sound healing and reflection under the Libra New Moon, I felt a profound sense of unity, not only with my partner, but with everyone in the room. Every aspect of the ceremony was created with intention, care, and reverence. I left the ceremony feeling open, balanced, and renewed. Soluna Mind and Body is more than a space; it’s a sanctuary for those seeking growth, healing, and heart-centered community."

"I have been to many different healing groups and seminars, but nothing holds a candle to Soluna’s. There energy is contagious and they safe space they created makes it feel like home even to people who are coming for there first visit. If you’re looking for community, healing and self discovery this is what you are looking for and I promise you won’t be disappointed."

"I absolutely adore this space and the beautiful souls who lead Soluna. I return time and time again for the new and full moon ceremonies involving ecstatic dance, community, and the most magical sound baths. I have been able to meet wonderful people, return deeper to myself, and explore new modes of experiencing spirituality."
