He keeps things fun, offers tons of modifications, and doesn’t push you to the point of misery like some classes do. It’s the perfect balance of challenging and enjoyable. Every class feels like the best one-hour reset for my mind and body. Highly recommend!"

"Hot on yoga is hands down my favorite hot yoga/pilates studio. I live on the opposite side of town and drive 30 minutes (one way) to do the inferno Pilates classes twice a week. Sonja is fantastic and pushes you while keeping you motivated but she KNOWS when you’re giving your all or slacking. I like that she challenges me. Alex has such positive & fun energy. They also have cute Knick knacks and clothes if you want a little “treat yo self” vibe after class. Studio is roomy with a mirror the length of the room to check your form. I just wish they had a location closer to me, but I HIGHLY recommend them."

"I look forward to my class with Jasminn each week! The inferno hot pilates class is a good mix of challenging but doable movements. The music is fun and upbeat, and Jaminn does a great job walking you through the movements!"
