Cambio Yoga

"I discovered this studio shortly before I had to leave town and I wish I had found it sooner. I live in occ and I've tried so many other studios in the area and this my favorite one! This is a donation based studio with individual classes being $12 or you can buy packages that'll bring the cost down to as low as $8 a class. These are the best prices I've found in the area. They have a great website and online booking system with clear descriptions of the classes. They also have an app. I was able to do a free week trial and I tried many classes and teachers and they are all wonderful. My favorite was the Friday morning Flow with Austin. This studio and it's teachers are not pretentious, have a fun sense of humor, don't talk about politics in class, and are very welcoming! I love the use of fun music in the classes. The facility is lovely with mountain views through large windows. Only thing, the automatic emails are a bit much. Too many are sent to the point where it feels like spam. And not all the links in the emails work. I look forward to returning when I'm back in town!!"

"I can’t say enough good things about this yoga stud! From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely welcomed—no pressure, no judgment, just a warm, supportive space to show up exactly as you are. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also kind, attentive, and truly invested in your experience. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, they meet you where you are and help you grow at your own pace. The energy here is calm, uplifting, and inclusive—it feels like a little sanctuary from the outside world. I always leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and connected. Highly recommend!"

"Cambio is such a wonderful welcoming place! Barbara’s restorative class was so restful and peaceful. Just what I needed as a visitor to Colorado I will go here often when visiting. Highly recommend."
