The Springs Team Real Estate Company

"We recently moved into a townhouse managed by the Springs Team and we couldn’t be happier! Over the last 7-8 months of living in the unit we have had some maintenance requests and they are extremely efficient in not only communicating but getting different vendors to our place in record time. The text communication is amazing, the app they use is very user friendly and all in all we are very fortunate to have found a gem in not only the place we reside but also with their management company. We just had our first yearly inspection and Erica truly went above and beyond in documenting anything we wanted to take note of and was very genuine in listening to any of the maintenance requests we have had thus far. It was a pleasure to work with her! If you are looking for a company to work with when renting, please consider The Springs Team! From Cindy who initially showed us the place, Tasha that responds to any of our texts promptly and now Erica who truly made our inspection a breeze… you couldn’t go wrong with their company. We look forward to renewing our lease and enjoying the property and Springs Team for years to come."

"It was a tale for the books…47 years as a Realtor I’ve never seen anything this incredible…Read to the end! The tenant left seller with $30k in repairs. My daughter and her husband are military so it was a long distance transaction. Aging home.. Brett arranged for all repairs, assured satisfactory completion, FOUND reasonable $ to enable seller to pay at closing for repairs, handled contract negotiations and necessary contractual obligations, PAID FOR STAGING, and handled closing remotely. $ in their bank toot sweet! Professional all the way. The full commission was well-deserved. Thank you. Kate Davis Florida"

"After being a tenant for about 5.5 years it was concluded as I found a home to purchase. Everyone I encountered with The Springs Team was always kind, understanding, and professional. Moving in was breeze. Moving out was just as easy as it could be. I always enjoyed my annual inspections with MJ Tate. Anytime I had a question or issue, Tami or Brett would always help including my vacating of the premises. Anytime there was a maintenance issue, they were quick to respond and made sure everything was completed as needed. If I ever need to rent...or have property I need managed, I'll be contacting The Springs team!"
