"I have lived in a property managed by Boardwalk Property Managers for 3 years. I’ve always owned my own home and know this is the landlords investment so I try to take good care of it. I weeded and planted flowers and made friends with the neighborhood. Every time I’ve put in a maintenance request it has been answered within 24 hrs sometimes sooner. They have never come in unannounced we get 24 hrs notice at the minimum. We had a tenant that was encouraging bad behavior on the property and they worked with me and the police for months.
