Falcon Property Company

"Amazing property management company. After researching the best in Springs I narrowed it down to this one. They been managing my rental for half a year now and have been the best from the start. They truly care about providing a good quality experience for both tenants and owners. As a previous renter I could appreciate how quick they take care of maintenance requests. As a owner i can appreciate how careful they select the right tenants and provide detailed monthly statements. They are great at communicating and seem to have a strong dedicated team. Thank you for all you hard work everyone at Falcon Property Company!"

"I have rented from Good COS and have been in the same home for 2 years. This has been, hands down, the best landlord I've had. Work orders are addressed promptly, communication is fluid and efficient, and while the rent does increase based on market conditions after the lease expiration, they have always shown their eagerness to make it work for everyone. As I get ready to purchase my own home, I will be sure to continue to recommend Good COS, as my experience with them has been outstanding. Thank you, ADRIAN!!"

"Highly recommend Falcon Property Company for anyone looking for dependable property management. Their team is knowledgeable, proactive, and easy to work with. They take a lot of the stress out of owning or renting property and truly know what they're doing."
