"From the time I contacted him with interest in listing my property to the day we sat down for closing paperwork, Patrick made the process smooth and efficient. He was ready when I called to say I was prepped to go on the market, gave tips on making sure my home had an appealing look and feel so prospective buyers could see themselves creating their own memories there. He was very effective in his advice on how and when to list as well as exactly what price point we should start at and how to proceed once the listing was live. He set realistic expectations so I knew what to prepare for everything from photos to closing. Patrick was extremely responsive and diligent and helped me get my home sold without even the slightest hiccup. I have to say we absolutely had the dream team on this sale and I cannot say enough about Patrick and his team. I would not hesitate to refer anyone in the market to Patrick even especially they are looking for a headache free experience. He is a gem."

"As first-time landlords, we couldn’t have rented out our home so quickly—or to such a great tenant—without the help of Brian Bohrer! From the beginning, Brian thoroughly analyzed the market and provided expert guidance on setting the ideal rental price. He was always quick to respond to our (many!) questions and handled everything with professionalism and care. Brian also took beautiful photos of our property and conducted a detailed inspection before listing it. He showed incredible patience while we worked to get the house ready as we were rushing to move out before September. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, we found a qualified tenant in less than two weeks—at exactly the price we hoped for! We’ve noticed that other properties in our neighborhood are still on the market, which makes us even more grateful for Brian’s outstanding work. We highly recommend him to any landlord looking for a knowledgeable and reliable property manager. We appreciate you, Brian!"

"Muldoon Associates have been my property manager for my rental unit for decades now. They've always gone out of their way to provide top-notch professional and responsive support to me and have kept me informed on the status of my property. I very much appreciate their personal touch and recommendations for the property. Both Daniel and Matt have provided invaluable support over the years and I also appreciate Mindy's support relative to market conditions. Having owning my property since 1979 and now living out of state, contractors I have interfaced with over the years for roof and siding replacement, as well as higher end maintenance issues have consistently said that Muldoon Associates is the best property manager in the Colorado Springs area. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you're in the market for a highly skilled property manager."
