The Margarita at Pine Creek

"Do yourself a favor, and book a reservation immediately. The Margarita is exceptional. The food, the people, and the ambiance are top tier. We had the loveliest experience celebrating our anniversary. Our server Danny was wonderful, and so was the bartender whose name we forgot to get. They both made our experience 12/10. We really enjoyed the 4 course and 3 course prefixed menu and everything was so fresh and flavorful. I’d highly recommend the steak, the porkchop, and please get the panna cotta for dessert. Everything on the menu is fabulous. Do yourself a favor and come eat here. We will absolutely be back next time we’re in Colorado."

"Our reservation was at 5 PM on a Saturday evening. We were seated quickly, handed menus and orders taken. Jill was very friendly and quick to bring out each course. The food was cooked to perfection and nicely presented on the plates. There were two of us; we ordered the 4-course dinner ($59/each) and no alcohol. My grilled steak was so flavorful and came with asparagus and mashed potatoes. My husband had the salmon. The portion sizes were just right and not too filling. The atmosphere is very nice with plants all around, but the house flies were annoying. (We dined inside.)"

"I am being very serious when I tell you to get the four course meal instead of the three. This restaurant genuinely has some of the best food in Colorado Springs, and you need to try as much as you can. Each course is timed and delivered perfectly, and each dish flows well with the other. We loved it so much—we ordered an extra dessert to go. They seem to rotate their menu, but I don’t know how often. All I know is that I’m glad we got to try what we did last night. Their coconut curry soup blew my mind! The staff is wonderful. Friendly and knowing. You feel a warm welcome as soon as you step through the door and that never goes away. Everyone we interacted with was lovely. The restaurant itself is gorgeous—inside and out. Down to the little details. Beautiful environment with comfortable seating. Even the art pieces on the wall are well-chosen."
