Pepper Tree Restaurant

"The Pepper Tree is more than an exceptional restaurant—it is a remarkable example of what hospitality looks like when excellence, consistency, and genuine care are woven into the culture of a business. As a fellow business owner, I tend to notice the details that distinguish good service from truly exceptional service, and the team at The Pepper Tree consistently demonstrates the exceptional service. There is an authenticity to their hospitality that cannot simply be taught; it reflects a culture that has clearly been cultivated over many years. Emily, my bartender, deserves special recognition. She exudes warmth and professionalism, always greeting guests with a genuine smile while providing an exceptional level of attentive and personalized service. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Nadia, Mike, Joseph, and Greg. Each of these team members exemplifies what outstanding customer service should look like—professional, gracious, attentive, and remarkably consistent. Perhaps one of the most compelling reflections of The Pepper Tree's culture is the longevity of its staff. Some team members have worked for the Levy family for more than 30 years. In today's business environment, that degree of loyalty and retention is extraordinary and, in my opinion, speaks volumes about the Levy family's leadership, integrity, and the environment they have created for their employees. Exceptional food may bring someone into a restaurant, but exceptional people are what compel them to return. The Pepper Tree has clearly mastered both. The level of service I have experienced here has left a lasting impression on me—not only as a guest, but also as a business owner who understands how difficult it is to build and sustain a team capable of delivering this caliber of hospitality. My sincere thanks to the entire Pepper Tree team for continually setting such a high standard."

"This is the best treat yo-self, nice meal you can find in COS!! We had Shrimp Cocktail and Escargot for a starter, then we had Steak Dianne and Beef Wellington for our mains and they were both delicious. Finished with a yummy, over-the-top bananas foster and an espresso martini. Great selections of wine and cocktails. Some menu items (here the Steak Diane and Banana Foster) are both prepared table side which adds fun to the overall experience. The service was above and beyond. We certainly enjoyed our time and will be recommending dining at the Peppertree to all our family and friends!"

"The entire experience was perfect. I had a 7:30 reservation for just myself & I never felt rushed. I'm not exactly sure who my server was because all the servers seem to work together & the service was top notch just like everything else in the restaurant. They cooked my steak right at the table & they also cooked my Cherry Jubilee desert at the table. The meal was by far the best I've had in Colorado Springs. I plan on coming back in July when I return to the Colorado Springs area. I had an 8oz Pepper Steak (cooked perfectly rare) with grilled Asparagus. And as an appetizer I have the Diver Scallops along with the chef's special (unfortunately I don't remember what it was named, but it tasted wonderful) The only problem with the restaurant is the parking lot. There's construction going on on the side of the restaurant and it makes parking a tad bit tricky. [Hopefully they will have the parking lot repaired by July] The view from the dining room is spectacular. It looks out at the city and after the sun sets the city lights look amazing. Overall the entire experience was perfect. Thank you Peppertree for making my night unforgettably perfect."
