Cansano Italian

"Have gone twice so far. Definitely the first time was the best service. Unfortunately I don't remember our server's name, but he was awesome. Nice quiet atmosphere combined with really nice server? I even greatly enjoyed the interior decor. The little decorative stick people figurines are a bit odd, but I overall loved the subduing color design along with the slight natural/wooded aesthetic. The worst part of the interior to me (but not the wife, who enjoys them) was that the pictures seem jarring when compared to everything else. I personally enjoyed the food, dessert, and drinks. Some of the best salmon I have had in the Springs (though admittedly it's not that high of a bar, still really good though). Though I would personally recommend primarily drinks and dessert. There were certain things I tried that I wasn't a huge fan of, but that was more to personal taste. Affagato was good. Spumoni was really nice, especially split with the wife on a date night. The chocolate cake was really good, not too bitter, and not just pure one note sweetness. I believe I tried a pomegranate cocktail I really enjoyed, and another one I don't particularly remember. Unfortunately I don't recall any drink names, but definitely a place for some nice drinks and some quiet to relax."

"The food was very rich and delicious; some of the best I've had! The drinks were also quite delicious. Though, that pales in comparison to the phenomenal service our server ,Rod, provided. He was very attentive and on top of all our needs and definitely made this restaurant stand out."

"I recently tried an Italian steakhouse with my coworkers, and wow—everything about the experience was just perfect. From the moment we sat down, the service was attentive, welcoming, and made us feel really taken care of. We started with a few appetizers to share, and every single one was amazing—beautifully presented and full of flavor. It set the tone for the rest of the meal, which did not disappoint. The whole evening just felt effortless and enjoyable, with great food, great service, and even better company. We all left so happy and already talking about coming back again. Highly recommend for a nice dinner out or a group night! 🍷"
