"Daniel at the front desk and Michael back in Parts/service are TOP NOTCH! I purchased online a Jones twin sisters snowboard transitioning from a smaller Burton board I bought last year. I had to come in a total of 3 times because unfortunately transitioning my bindings required different parts. The second time I came in Michael went above and beyond to help me find the missing screws I thought I needed. The 3rd time I figured out that my new board needed longer screws and not only Daniel help me find the right size, but he showed me how to put my bindings on my new board and told me to come back if I needed help! Never a bad experience at this REI."

"Absolutely cannot say enough about the bike shop staff!! If you’re sleeping on bringing your bike (roadie/mountain/triathlon, it doesn’t matter!) to REI for service then stop hesitating! I always used the REI bike shop in Michigan bc no other shop felt comfortable working on my triathlon bike. But when I moved back to COS last year I took my road bike to one of the local well known bike shops… ever since I’ve had nothing but problems with the back tire *constantly losing air*. I came to REI today absolutely last minute and asked them to either put in a tube so I could ride tomorrow or show me which to buy. Well, the shop manager Mike fixed me up in less than 40 minutes even though they were slammed. AND he found the mystery piece of metal stuck in my rim from the other bike shop that was causing the persistent slow leak. 😣 BRING YOUR BIKES TO REI!!!!"
