Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s Boating Center

"Bass Pro Shops’ Service Department is top-notch! Bryan and his crew (thanks, Fish!) were outstanding. I originally came in simply to purchase a shift shaft seal for the 75HP Mercury outboard on my Tracker Pro V. After explaining the situation, Bryan from the service department told me they could complete the repair for $159 plus parts. Even better, he mentioned they had a technician available immediately and could get it done the same day. I went and grabbed lunch, came back roughly 1.5 hours later, and was out the door for under $250 total. The service included: Replacing the shift shaft seal Refilling the gearcase with fresh gear oil Pressure-testing the lower unit to verify there were no additional leaks Reinstalling the lower end onto the motor/boat All completed in one visit! To be fair, there are a few caveats here: I had already removed the gearcase myself and accurately diagnosed the failed seal beforehand, so I don’t want others to assume every repair will be this quick or inexpensive. That said, my personal experience was absolutely 5-star. Fast, fair, professional, and transparent service from start to finish."

"I give the Colorado Springs boat service department 5 stars. Bryan is an exceptional service manager who brings unmatched marine expertise and genuine care to the service department. Their deep knowledge of boat systems, diagnostics, and marine engineering ensured my boat was repaired correctly and safely for the water. What truly sets Bryan and his team apart is their clear communication; they translate complex mechanical issues into terms I can understand, while keeping projects on schedule despite seasonal rushes. He treats both customers and their crew with immense respect, running a highly professional, reliable, and top-tier shop."
