Arctic Spas Colorado Springs

"Great spa with great customer service. Very very happy with our choice to go with Artic Spa. Nathan was been very responsive and helpful whenever I have needed him. The Spa Boy technology is awesome and makes keeping up with your spas maintenance that much easy. Don't hesitate to buy an Artic Spa. Thx"

"Really love our new Arctic Spa hot tub. Very high-quality product. We interacted with quite a few people in order to coordinate the purchase, delivery, and installation. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Specifically, Waylon & Timm did a fantastic job for the "spa school" portion--both were very thorough and patient in explaining features and answering all our questions. Highly recommend."

"Called for an issue on my 2008 Yukon hot tub regarding a leaking ball valve. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly getting me to the right people and having a technician come out to resolve the issue. On the day of repair, Waylon Bucher called me ahead of time giving proper notice of him coming to perform the repairs. He arrived as expected and quickly performed the repairs and made sure the repair was done correctly. Even though I normally like to repair items around my house, Arctic Spas offers cost effective repairs in a timely manner and with friendly service so I will be using them from now on for any issues with my Arctic Spas hot tub."
