Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

"We had a slow drain issue. From the moment we scheduled the appointment until completion of service the customer service exceeded our expectations. Ace our service technician was absolutely amazing. He arrived promptly and assessed the problem. He explained in detail options to resolve the issue. Ace was very detailed answered questions and provided some services to consider in the future. We are very pleased and highly recommend. Thank you for resolving our drain issue."

"Not only were they able to fix my issue, they went as far as diagnosing a potential root cause, and routes for preventing the issue in the future. Great team and appreciate the kind and warm customer service. More than I could have ever hoped for in a plumber. Thanks!"

"Not a fun call to make on a holiday at 10pm, but our technician, Chris, was amazing. He was prompt, friendly, professional, courteous and explained everything. I will definitely ask for Chris again... even though I hope I won't need to soon. He's really good."
