"I’ve worked with Leo’s Plumbing on several occasions through my handyman business, and they’ve consistently been reliable. Most recently, they really went above and beyond on an emergency situation involving one of my clients. We discovered that a cast iron sewer wye fitting underneath an apartment building had completely deteriorated, creating a serious sewer leak just days before the Fourth of July weekend. With suppliers closing for the holiday and the potential for a long delay, this could have easily turned into a much bigger problem for both the property owners and their tenants. Trey was the technician who initially responded. Rather than simply identifying the problem and walking away, he recognized the urgency of the situation, took ownership, and started making calls to get additional help. He coordinated with his team to get a master plumber on site, worked alongside him, and made sure the repair got completed before the holiday weekend. I really appreciated the professionalism and initiative Trey showed. It’s easy to follow the schedule that’s been handed to you, but it’s another thing entirely to recognize an emergency, step up, and help find a solution. That made a real difference for my clients.
