Gaddie Electric

"Good news and bad news. UPDATE: Then more good news. Good: Ridley was professional and efficient, fixing our mini fridge circuit and outlet. Bad: Within 24 hours of service, our electrical panel caught fire, melting several breakers and the bus bars. This resulted in an emergency evening service call to another electrician (Gaddie was closed), a full panel replacement, an inspection, and a large bill. More Good News: I reached out to Gaddie Electric and was connected with the owners. After review of the situation, they quickly made it right. I had initially sought out Gaddie Electric because I prefer working with local businesses, and I was rewarded for doing so. I recommend this company for how they prioritize customer experience and safety."

"I contacted Gaddie Electric for assessment and installation of EV charger in the garage. I was contacted very quickly by Riddley and she came to the house in a very short period of time. She was extremely professional and meticulous as she came up with a simple and effective solution that was very economical and safe for our older home. Within a few weeks, Alex and Tim came to the house to install the necessary circuit breaker, Power Management System and wiring for the charger. There was literally no disruption to the drywall and the final installation was relatively quick and outstanding. They then helped me set it up and the unit was installed and operates perfectly. Riddley, Alex, Tim, and the office scheduling team are friendly and highly knowledgeable and professional. They all did an excellent job and, without hesitation, I plan to continue using them for all of my electrical needs."

"Gaddie electric was such a great experience! I've never had to have any major electric work done before this, so I was nervous on getting a quote and making sure we weren't overcharged or scammed. The quote process was super easy and quick and Ridley was super helpful and accurate on our quote. I got a 2nd quote just to do my due diligence and the 2nd company was almost double the price, a commercial company, and tried to say they were a better deal, especially if we got their membership for multiple services. The second company was definitely more of a salesman type vibe, and I immediately knew I wanted to work with Gaddie. Gaddie was able to come do the work within a good time frame, they were super helpful with the process and our options, and they even added a couple more tasks to the job with a quick quote and got it all done same day. We added a 120v for a sauna and 3 exterior outlets and the job was done very nicely! We were very happy with the whole experience! I forget the names of the men that helped with the actual install, but you guys were great! Thank you all!"
