Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"I had an excellent experience at the Colorado Springs Enterprise. When I arrived, there was no wait. The associate was welcoming, helpful and friendly. The process to get my car was smooth and efficient as was the drop off at the end of my trip. The vehicle I chose ran great, handled well, was clean, and had no issues. This location is easy to access. It was a great experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"We had some issue getting our rental Car. First car the ac wasn’t working and the passenger floorboard had a huge rip in it. We had to trade for another car. The car we got was good however the gas wasn’t full by about 50 miles and there was a crack in the windshield. The best part of the rental was returning the car. Nelson was very nice and gave us a credit for the extra gas we purchased and for our inconvenience."

"After a debacle with a different company at the airport, Enterprise came to my rescue. Robert- the counter representative - was very kind and extremely helpful in getting me into a vehicle and on my way despite not having a reservation. He was able to locate a vehicle, ready to go with no waiting, and beat the price of the other company. The process was seamless, the car got me to my destination, and the return was easy! The return lot attendants were just as kind and polite, and very helpful with getting my car turned in! You have a great team at COS! Thank you to everyone who made my trip amazing by bookending it with exceptional customer service!"
