"I just took my 12 year old cat in due to being sick and not wanting him to suffer in the end. The veterinary was very compassionate and empathetic, unlike the vet I saw about a week ago at the N Academy location of Chewy. She was blunt, and when you're me all alone learning my cat was worse off than I thought she acted like I did something wrong and made the staff watch over me "because I was having a meltdown." Her words and not nice, and the staff were amazing and i felt bad they were stuck apologizingfor her rather than her doing so, and never did. They are really expensive as well. Where Crossroads was very clear cut with pricing and was surprised any urn you choose for the cremains to be put in are all the same price, and I know for a fact other vets chare different prices for them to uncharted the nicer wood urns. So that was a nice discovery during the horrible time of having to let go and do right by your animal. I was alone, so the vet took extra time with me and was reassuring that it was the right thing to do, and the right time, before he got any worse and became really miserable, and that was such a hard for me decision, but not hard to make it for him because it isn't about me it was about my cat and his quality of life and well being. His was not drinking or eating much, lost a bunch of weight and then a large abdominal mass putting pressure on all his organs and legs so it was causing his breathing to be more rapid. I am glad I did that for him today, but wish he had had longer. Thank you Crossroads Animal Hospital for your help, compassion for pets and their parents, and very through and the rooms are quite comfortable and quiet and you can exit a separate door so you're not having to walk through a room full of pets and parents while hurting, upset, and like me sobbing. It was thoughtful to think of that setup. Thank you again, and HIGHLY recommend!"

"I've been coming here for almost 20 years. First was Snoopy, and then Leeloo and Milo. We lost Leeloo last year and now Milo who is 13 has heart problems, but he is ok for now. Doctor Hyden is great and he knows everything about dogs . We have seen Dr Rutman few times and he is very knowledgeable too . The girls in the front , Missy and Liana are always very helpful and nice. The assistants very sweet . I have to say that in all those years I never had bad experience , so if anyone loves their pets they should choose Crossroads animal hospital"
