"Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They all seemed truly interested in what I was concerned about and what I was feeling. My time in the waiting area was less than five minutes. After the nurse took all my vital signs and comparing all my medical history with what they have in their system V weight for the doctor to come in, was again less than five minutes."

"This place is awesome and the employees are absolute saints. I recently fell on the stairs and hurt myself terribly (a ligament sprain and broken foot that will require surgery). I have never cried from an injury before, but I did this time, it hurt that badly. I was essentially hysterical, starting to hyperventilate and gag from the pain, and this urgent care was the closest place to us. My husband got us there about eight minutes before they were going to close and I was freaking out because I was almost vomiting from the pain and I thought we might be turned away. When we got there, I saw a woman coming out which made the automatic doors to the clinic open. I was absolutely wild with pain and terrified that we would be turned away because of the time, and I couldn’t put an ounce of weight on my foot. I felt like they would basically be closed by the time I hopped in using my husband as a crutch, so I BELLOWED “wheelchairrrr!!!! WHEELCHAIR!!!” like a full on lunatic. I was all but having a panic attack from the pain, and I looked like a ln unhinged maniac. Well, this lovely woman (the one who’d just walked out) was evidently an employee getting off her shift, and it appeared, I think; that I was yelling /at her/ (I was just trying to be loud enough that they might hear me inside and someone would hopefully bring a wheelchair.) Instead of ignoring me or telling me off (I was kinda fully screaming 😬😬😬😬), bless this woman, she turned, and went back in to get me a wheelchair herself. (That’s when I realized she must’ve thought that I was yelling at her and not into the clinic. I know it’s awful, I’m so embarrassed; I was hysterical with pain.) Even though I was hysterical and looked like the biggest asshole on the planet, every person there was so sweet to me. I think it was about 4 minutes before they closed when I got inside in the wheelchair. The doctor, nurse, and radiologist ALL stayed late to X-ray me, give me a referral to a pediatric surgeon, and help with pain relief. Every person who works here is an ANGEL and deserve all the credit in the world. And to the nurse that I inadvertently yelled at: I’m mortified, and you were so sweet. Thank you to everyone there, you are heroes."

"I’ve had my fair share of medical experience over my years as a chronically ill person. Urgent care is much safer for someone like me due to hospital admissions/waiting etc I went in last night absolutely miserable. The front desk was able to get me checked in quickly and explained everything for me. The nurse I had was so spunky and kind. The star of the show was definitely Dr. Lockett; she walked in and remembered me from the last time I was there several months prior. She addressed my concerns thoroughly and kindly and got me on my way in a reasonable time. If all doctors listened and cared like she does there would be way less medical trauma. Thank you to the office and staff for being a quality place to seek care!"
