Special shout out to Joshua who bent over backwards to help us get the vehicle that we really wanted it was a real challenge for him I'm sure but he made it so seamless. "Let me start by saying this was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. We started the process online, and had the car shipped from a different location. The staff was great at communicating, and we were able to test drive it, and ultimately purchase it the day it arrived. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our car did break down a few weeks after purchase, which is always a risk when buying a used car. Now a days it is a possibibilty even with a brand new car. Between the warranty they offer on their vehicles, and the way CarMax has handled this unfortunate situatuation has made us customers for life. Our car started with a flashing engine light late on a Friday evening, shortly before they closed. We called and customer service told us to get the car to them if we could safely drive it, or they could reimburse us for a tow. Fortunately we were nearby, and able to make it to their lot. They immediately went to work to get us into a rental for the weekend, since we lived an hour away and their service department was already closed for the weekend. On Monday morning their service department followed up with us, and told us what the next steps would be. Our car ended up needing a new engine, and we were offered either a car buyback, or to have the engine replaced (which is the option we chose). Special thank you to Dawn in the service department, who has kept us updated with every step of this process, as well as the repair progress. We highly recommend CarMax, and will definitely return for our next car purchase."

"I've bought and sold several cars from them over the years. Like any car dealership, sometimes the whole process goes quickly and smoothly, and other times, not so much. The thing that I think separates this location from other dealerships I've purchased cars from, and there have been many, is that when things don't go smoothly, management will go above and beyond to make it right. One example of this was when the business office was very backed up, causing the purchasing process to take an hour or two longer than normal. However, the sales manager Frank not only apologized but also bought dinner for my spouse and me to make up for the inconvenience."
