"Yum! I'm glad we finally checked this place out. The burrito norteño was amazing! I've never had a burrito with steak, bacon, and shrimp before. It was incredibly filling, and I have half left for lunch tomorrow. The strawberry banana chimichanga dessert was a nice finish to the meal. *Update: dropped by to place a to-go order on Cinco de Mayo. The restaurant was full with quite a wait and several to-go orders. Staff remained friendly, professional, and organized. My to-go order was timely with lots of chips and salsa to enjoy with the entrée I ordered (the burrito norteño again). There was enough to make 3 meals out of it. And everything tasted delicious!"

From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with friendly, attentive service that makes you feel like a valued guest. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. Every dish tastes like it's made with care, and the quality stands out. The chips and salsa are excellent, and everything arrives hot and beautifully prepared. What really sets Vaqueros apart is the combination of incredible food, a warm atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. It's the kind of place that keeps you coming back because they consistently get it right. "What a great place! My wife and I came down from the Fort Collins area for a staycation, and found this place. We loved everything. Very welcoming when we stepped through the door and we loved the design and attention to detail with all the art and country theme. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was phenomenal. And for the amount of food we got, the price was very fair. Highly recommend if you love Mexican food and Ranch/Country theme!"
