"My friend and I stopped by The Ice Cream Lab about a month ago and we’re still talking about it. The whole place is an experience from the moment you walk in. The neon artwork, the glowing colors, and the overall vibe make it feel like you walked into a fun little dessert lab. The staff were awesome. Everyone was super friendly, patient while we looked through the menu, and happy to explain how the nitrogen ice cream works. Watching them make the ice cream with liquid nitrogen was honestly half the fun. And the ice cream itself was unreal. Easily some of the best ice cream I’ve had. The flavors were rich, creamy, and loaded with toppings. Everything felt freshly made and the portions were generous. You can tell they really care about what they’re making. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just grabbing dessert, this is it. Great vibes, amazing ice cream, and a really fun experience overall. We had such a blast and we’re already planning a trip back!"

"This place is super cool! I took my boys there this evening. The staff were super engaging and welcoming. The “show” of creating and explaining was so fun, and boys said the ice cream was great. It’s not going to be your cheapest dessert option, around $25 for two rolled ice cream cups, but completely worth it. We live downtown and this will certainly be in regular rotation for us!"

"It’s a yummy ice cream place with a great fun concept. The atmosphere was very loud and vibe-y, in a club kind of way but the presentation with getting ice cream and all the flavors and choices was awesome. I recommend if you get a rolled one, maybe bring your own spoon or suggest they invest in sturdier plastic spoons cause it made digging into the ice cream difficult when your spoon keeps bending 😅"
