Blue Picket Realty

"Katie was absolutely amazing throughout the sale of my home in Castle Pines. From start to finish, she handled every challenge that came up and made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. Katie coordinated everything that needed attention—from the radon mitigation and installation of a new gas line to addressing issues with the outdoor firepit. No matter what obstacle arose, she found a solution and kept the transaction moving forward. What impressed me most was her ability to problem-solve and stay on top of every detail. Thanks to her expertise, she was able to find a qualified buyer and get the transaction closed in less than 30 days with very few contingencies. If you’re looking for a realtor who is responsive, knowledgeable, proactive, and truly committed to her clients, I highly recommend Katie and Blue Picket Realty. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results she delivered."

"My wife and I had the absolutely fantastic fortune of linking up with Shelly Roehrs. We're 70 years old and have bought and sold numerous homes in our lives. Not one realtor, not even the previous best realtor we worked with, is in the same league as Shelly. Her attention to detail AND OUT OF THE BOX THINKING led to my wife and I locating and buying our new home. Shelly stayed on top of every milestone so the closing was perfect. But here is what makes Shelly super special, she saw that we were struggling to get packed and ready for the move. So she personally came to our house over the period of a week and guided us and did the work of packing. Amazing help to make our dream a reality. Ask for Shelly Roehrs by name. You will not be disappointed."

"We worked with Katie Salvatore on a recent land purchase. She was professional, informative, and always timely in responding to our requests. We already know we will work with her on a planned future real estate transaction."
