Holiday Inn Express & Suites Colorado Springs Afa Northgate by IHG

"We got settled in on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately we discovered that a middle school basketball team booked the whole 3rd floor. Apparently it seems as their BBall tournament was being hosted in the room above ours. For hours, these clowns went full Johnny Knoxville in the room above us until well into the night. I couldn’t take it anymore. Contacted front desk staff and she too was at her wits end with them. Staff was very accommodating and moved us to the floor above the team and we were finally able to get some rest. Staff is awesome, actually good coffee and their breakfast was pretty good too."

"Our family of six loved the spacious room with three queen beds and a couch - perfect for all of us! However, we needed an extra towel since there were only three available. I called the front desk, and Ken promptly delivered the towels within two minutes. But was wondering if they allow pets in that room . Coz my son has tiny bites on his legs ."

"Room's, location and service are A1 all the time. This hotel and it's staff always make us feel like we are home away from home. Thank you for the great experience you guys never miss."
